Eco-villa Giovanni

Villa GIOVANNI was designed with an eco-responsible approach to environmental concerns and the desire to make it a pleasant, convivial place to live. It's a desire close to the heart of its owner, an architect who lived here with her family for 20 years before offering it for tourist rental.

The villa faces due south, with unobstructed views over Basse-terre, Les Saintes and Marie-Galante!

In addition to its optimal orientation, which allows for natural ventilation of the living areas and the installation of blackout windows to manage natural light, the villa is also equipped with :

- Solar panels for domestic hot water,

- Solar panels for electricity generation,

- Arainwater recovery tank,

- Arecycling bin for plastic and paper,

- Acompost bin.

-An external recharging point for electric vehicles

The villa is all on one level, with a coherent layout of rooms:

- Comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms,

- The living room, terrace and kitchen are organized around the pool,

- A separate room for an office or play area,

- Secure parking for 2 cars, with an external socket for plugging in and recharging electric rental vehicles.

- A landscaped garden, with space for a boules pitch and outdoor ping pong table.

We are keen to adopt an eco-responsible approach aimed at saving resources and energy.

- Remember to turn off your lights and television when you leave.

- Also remember to turn off the air conditioning if the windows are open or if you're going to be away for a few hours.

- Remember to recycle your garbage.

A tourist tax of €4 per adult (over 18) per night will be charged at check-in.
